Royal Borough of Richmond considers parking charge freeze

Richmond upon Thames is considering proposals to freeze parking charges in the borough for the next 12 months. The council’s cabinet will debate the authority’s budget with plans to freeze council tax for the next year. The budget includes details on how parking charges will be held at 2011/12 levels during the next financial year.
