Carplus explores car clubs in rural areas
Developing Community Car Clubs, a conference to be held in Inverness on 20-21 March, examines how well car cubs are suited to small towns and rural communities in places such as Scotland and south-west England. It is organised by environmental transport charity Carplus, with support from Highlands and Islands Enterprise and Aberdeen based, NESTRANS.
