Plans to raise PCN levels during Olympics
Proposals to increase the top-level penalty charge notice (PCN) from £130 to £200 during the Olympics is being considered by London authorities. A London Councils’ consultation is seeking views on the higher PCN and whether it should apply around Games venues, a larger catchment area or throughout the capital.
