York and Stoke win PATROL annual report awards
City of York Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council both won trophies in the PATROL Parking Annually Report Awards 2012, presented at the Enforcement Summit. The awards are presented annually by the PATROL (Parking & Traffic Regulations Outside London) Joint Committee, a organisation which provides information on parking and bus lane enforcement to councils and drivers outside the capital.
