Warning over West End ‘parking Trojan horse’

Labour councillors in Westminster are seeking a broad alliance of  workers and residents to become involved in the new West End Commission, which has been set up to develop parking strategies in the borough.

The move follows the Conservative council’s decision to axe moves to introduce West End and Sunday parking charges (PR Feb).
