Swansea retains control of car parks

Swansea City Council has decided to retain car park management in-house rather than contracting out to the private sector. The council agreed that improvements in car park standards would be secured through an “invest to save” programme. This followed the formulation of a business case for the council retaining ownership and management of its 58 car parks.
