Could volunteers enforce parking in Weston-super-mare?
Parking problems in Weston-super-mare could be solved by using volunteer traffic wardens, a local politician has suggested. Liberal Democrat councillor Mike Bell is proposing that residents patrol the streets. He envisages them posting warning notices on illegally parked cars and taking photographs which can be used by the police to write warning letters.
