Cardiff says NCP tariffs driving away shoppers

The deputy leader of Cardiff Council has said that the Welsh capital is the second most expensive place to park outside London, largely due to the high tariffs set by car park operator NCP.
Neil McEvoy claims that motorists leaving their vehicles in Cardiff for up to four hours pay an average of 48% more than those parking in the Scottish capital Edinburgh. He added that it is also the second most expensive city behind Leeds to park for up to two hours, but only by 5%.
