Westminster civil enforcement officer Cherelle Lander was named Parking Person of the Year

Cherelle Lander has worked for NSL Services Group as a civil enforcement officer (CEO) in Westminster for three years. During that time she has demonstrated effective people skills, which made her a natural choice for media opportunities. Westminster City Council, as the largest parking authority in Britain, and the most high profile operation, gets a significant amount of media interest.
