Art attack at car park
NCP actually encourages graffiti art
NCP spruced up a staircase at its Osborne Street site in Colchester, Essex, with the help of some graffiti artists.
The project, headed by a local artist, was a positive way of tapping into the talents of young offenders who painted images of warrior queens and army figures.
