Disabled drivers should pay for parking, say Hants
Hampshire County Council is set to introduce parking charges for disabled blue badge holders at council- owned country parks as part of a financial package to balance the county’s budget. The proposals, due to be implemented from February 2011, could raise £50,000 a year.
