Badge reform on cards in Scotland
Some disabled drivers in Scotland could lose access to parking permits under government proposals to reforms after reports of widespread abuse of the blue badge scheme.
Organisations and groups representing disabled, elderly and those with mental health concerns are calling on the Scottish Government to rethink the overhauling of the scheme, complaining that it will leave some of society’s most vulnerable more isolated.
