Back office teams aim to be first to reach Level 3
Notice processing staff at both Southampton and Portsmouth City Councils have become the first local authorities to be trained in the new City & Guilds Notice Processing Level 3 Qualification.
Seven of Southampton’s notice processing team, who are part of the council’s ISO 1001-2008 accredited parking services, will travel to Portsmouth council and join its nine-strong team for training towards the qualification.
