Drivers in Reading face pavement parking penalties
Civil enforcement officers (CEOs) in Reading look set to issue fines to motorists who illegally park on verges or pavements, and to residents who illegally install drop kerbs to get easier access to their driveways.
The borough council has agreed to start the process of making the borough a controlled parking zone (CPZ).
