Scottish penalty levels set to rise

The Scottish Government is proposing to change the level of penalty charge notices issued when enforcing decriminalised parking enforcement.

Scottish ministers are consulting in introducing two new rates — £80 (discounted to £40 if paid within 14 days) and £100 (discounted to £50)....
