Police HQ takes space from Leeds Utd

Plans for a new police headquarters overlooking Leeds United’s Elland Road stadium have been approved. This would lead to a reduction of parking spaces for football fans and the introduction of residents-only permit parking in streets surrounding the stadium to stamp out match day parking problems.
