Croydon team racks up NVQs
Thirty-five officers working for Croydon Council received their NVQ awards from British Parking Association president Richard Hein at a ceremony at Croydon Town Hall on 14 May.
The completed NVQ Level 2 awards covered a range of disciplines, including customer services, business administration, parking control and team leading. Hein said it was important everybody working in the parking industry strove to present themselves as professionals providing a first-class service.
