‘Annual reports key to PCN review’, says minister

Local authority annual reports will be pivotal in determining whether or not the government  reviews parking penalty charge bands.

Transport minister Sadiq Khan told the British Parking Association (BPA) that he would only contemplate revising the bands if councils provided evidence that there was a need to increase them.
