Enforcers to pursue firms owing compensation

The government has pledged to make it easier for compensation to be recovered from those who fail to pay up. Successful applicants will be able to instruct a High Court enforcement officer to pursue the outstanding sum for them. The costs of enforcement will be recoverable from the respondent, with limited cost liability for the creditor.
