What, no Which? guide to parking!
Last month Which? magazine got very excited about parking. There are articles about how much profit NHS Trusts are generating from parking, but also clamping on private land and councils failing to extend the 14-day 50% discount on PCNs to people who lodge appeals. While the magazine offers its readers lots of advice, it fails to mention the Which??Guide to Parking (pictured), produced with the support of the BPA only last year — a curious omission on the customer service front!...
