BPA defends hospital charges

Parking charges are an appropriate and useful mechanism for helping manage car parking at hospitals, the British Parking Association has announced.

Hospital parking charges have been banned in Scottish and Welsh NHS sites, and their continued use in England remains a contentious issue.
