Brighton bay* prices soar

A parking space in central Brighton has sold for £20,000 while another is on the market for £27,500. Estate agent the Property Shop said the single parking bay, fitted with a collapsing bollard, in Kemptown was sold to a resident who wanted the certainty of a bay near their home.
