'Dropped kerbs not enforceable without white lines'

Fines should not be issued to cars parked on dropped kerbs unless white lines are laid down, argues the AA. It is opposing plans by the Department for Transport (DfT) to allow councils in England and Wales outside London to enforce dropped kerbs without signs and lines.
