Gallan Parking is building up a significant portfolio in its home city, Birmingham
Birmingham-based Gallan Parking has secured a series of city centre management deals with property owners and developers in its home city. Gallan Parking’s first-ever lease on a 186-space surface car park at Pershore Street in the Southside area of the city has been renewed for five years by The Gooch Estate. The developer has invested £50,000 in improvements including new lighting, CCTV, and disabled bays.
