Essex councils win parking partnerships trophy

Essex County Council has devolved responsibility for parking to districts and boroughs that now work in a spirit of partnership

The twin Essex Parking Partnerships were created after a review of highway parking services by Essex County Council. The initiative joined all parking matters into a single point-of-contact for the six districts in each grouping -  North Essex and South?Essex.
