ADL buys major Australian bus manufacturer
Britain’s biggest bus and coach manufacturer, Alexander Dennis Limited (ADL), has acquired Sydney-based Custom Coaches, one of Australia’s major bus manufacturers for a reported £25m. The deal comes less than a month after ADL signed a Joint Venture agreement which will enable it to break into the North American market.
