First to offer free travel IF Bristol buses are significantly late

FirstGroup is introducing a new ‘customer promise’ in Bristol, Somerset and Avon  which will enable bus users to claim free travel vouchers if their bus is significantly late or if they miss a bus because it has left early. The refunds, which form part of a new customer charter, kick in from April.
