Senior officials to oversee tram project

The Scottish Government is installing senior officials from Transport Scotland to oversee the final delivery of the Edinburgh trams project. The move comes after the City of Edinburgh Council agreed to reverse its decision to terminate the tram at Haymarket rather than St Andrew’s Square in the city centre.
