Passenger Focus urges government to listen to passengers as part of rail review
As part of its submission to the rail franchising review, Passenger Focus has advised government that any new rail contract should be based on the needs and priorities of those passengers who will be paying to catch the train.
The independent passenger watchdog has responded to the government’s proposed policy on rail franchising and is calling for new contracts to be passenger focussed.
