Passenger Focus survey reveals Brighton bus users are most satisfied with their services
Brighton’s bus users have been revealed to be the most satisfied in a new survey investigating bus user satisfaction undertaken by watchdog Passenger Focus.
The survey casts light on the attitudes and perceptions of local bus services by more than 18,500 passengers in a mix of 14 areas of England - a mix of metropolitan, urban and rural areas to reflect the different types of journeys that passengers make.
