RATP destined to be major transport player?

RATP Dev is a subsidiary of RATP Group that operates bus and rail services in Paris as well as the city’s famous Metro system. It is publicly-owned, with responsibility essentially lying with the French Ministry of Transport. RATP Dev was established in 2002 to develop the group’s operations outside the Ile-de-France region and currently operates in France and 13 countries internationally through nearly 30 subsidiary companies.

It is not clear what the fate of Veolia's Welsh and English provincial business is and Transdev's North of England operation.

Has either been declared?
