The London Mayor: expects boroughs to use contracts

London Mayor Boris Johnson will expect the boroughs to use the London Highway Alliance maintenance contracts for local implementation plan projects whenever they represent better value for money.

TfL is poised to let the four framework maintenance contracts next month that it sees as having the potential to provide all highway-related work on the capital’s highway network over the eight years from April.
