Ministerial portfolios announced
GOVERNANCE
The DfT has announced how responsibilities will be split between the new ministerial team.
Norman Baker retains responsibility for local transport, including buses. Stephen Hammond leads roads policy and road safety. High-speed rail is split between transport secretary Patrick McLoughlin and minister of state Simon Burns.
