Souter takes over Stagecoach chair

Public transport operator Stagecoach has announced that its current chief executive, Sir Brian Souter, is to move to the role of chairman next May. He will be replaced as CEO by Martin Griffiths, who is currently the company’s finance director, while Griffiths’ role will be filled by Ross Paterson, currently director of finance and company secretary.
