W Yorks triggers bus QC plan as partnership offer rejected

Councillors in West Yorkshire will set the wheels in motion next week for bus Quality Contracts by rejecting the final offer of enhanced partnership working made by the area’s bus operators.

After months of deliberation, the Integrated Transport Authority will instruct officers of Metro, the PTE, to prepare a statutory consultation on a Quality Contract scheme.
