Parking levy ‘to raise £8m in year one’

Nottingham’s workplace parking levy is expected to raise just over £8m this year, according to the city council. It says employers have licensed 45,500 spaces at more than 3,000 parking premises around the city. Of these, about 28,000 will be liable for a charge.
