Public square plan for Waterloo
A new public square in front of Waterloo railway station is a key feature of a major redevelopment plan for the area.
Developers Chelsfield and London & Regional Properties submitted a planning application last week to the London Borough of Lambeth for the redevelopment of Elizabeth House, adjacent to the station.
