Leicestershire consults on bus network cuts
Leicestershire County Council is to consult on reductions to the tendered bus network to deliver £750,000 of savings.
Councillors this week approved the scrapping of a 2002 policy that 95% of the county’s residents should be within an 800-metre walk of an hourly or better bus service during the Monday to Saturday daytime.
