Harrison retires from Devon

Ian Harrison, Devon’s head of economy and enterprise, is to retire at the end of May. Harrison has been with Devon since 1991, latterly working on projects involving transport planning, spatial planning and economic development. From 1974 to 1991 he worked for Kent County Council in transport planning and highways management.
