Wales needs city-region plans, says consultant

Consultants have called for statutory city-region plans to improve transport/land-use integration in and around Cardiff.

The recommendation is made by consultant Roger Tym and Partners in a report for Cardiff Council and will inform the Welsh Government’s efforts to strengthen the city-region agenda.
