Work Wise wound up
A body set up to promote home working is being wound up after partners withdrew funds.
Work Wise UK is a non-profit making initiative and was set up four years ago with funding from partners including Transport for London and BT. It was due to run until May next year but chief executive Phil Flaxton told LTT this week its activities would cease before the end of March. “It’s become a victim of the recession I’m afraid,” he said.
