Scott prepares statement on Highlands RTP
The Scottish Executive will spell out its plans for regional transport partnerships in the north of Scotland to Parliament next week, amid widespread dissatisfaction with the current options.
Highland Council has described the Executive's plan to split the Highland and Islands RTP in two (LTT 4 Aug) as "madness". Meanwhile, Shetland Islands Council insists it should be treated as a standalone RTP.
