Multitude of rail plans a recipe for confusion says GMPTE chief

The development of Greater Manchester's rail network risks becoming confused by a multitude of plans prepared by different organisations using different assumptions, Chris Mulligan, director general of Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive, warned this week.
