SEERA challenges RDA plans
The South East England Regional Assembly is challenging the Government's plan to transfer regional planning and transport powers from regional assemblies to Regional Development Agencies. SEERA chairman Keith Mitchell said: "We are progressing our plans on how decisions on regional planning should be made. The Government's proposals are undemocratic."
