Agglomeration benefits boost for AirTrack

A study into the proposed AirTrack scheme to provide direct rail services to Heathrow Airport's Terminal 5 from Guildford, Reading and Waterloo has determined that there are considerable additional benefits to the scheme that are not recognised in the standard transport appraisal method.
