Sargeant presses for more regional delivery

A preliminary report on  reforming the delivery of highways and transportation services in Wales is due to be presented to stakeholders next week.

The review originates from the ‘Simpson Compact’ agreed by the Welsh Government and Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) earlier this year to improve the cost-effectiveness of service delivery.
