Phased delivery for Crossrail 2?
Crossrail 2, the plan to build a new south-west – north-east railway across London, could be delivered in phases, Transport for London has said.
TfL is currently comparing the case for Crossrail 2 (originally known as the Chelsea-Hackney link) being a London-focused metro scheme connecting Clapham Junction with Seven Sisters or a regional scheme connecting South West Trains services into central London and onto the Lea Valley.
