Use looming road safety review wisely, MPs tell DfT
MPs have urged ministers to use the forthcoming review of road safety policies to show greater leadership in the field.
The House of Commons transport committee’s new report on road safety says last year’s rise in road fatalities for the first time since 2003 was a “worrying development and raises questions about the Government’s road safety strategy”.
