Marketing aims to cut car use
The London Borough of Hounslow is taking part in an EU-funded project using marketing to encourage people to reduce car use. The three-year SEGMENT (SEGmented Marketing for ENergy efficient Transport) project is targeting three groups – visitors to health facilities, parents of children who have just started school, and people about to change their workplace.
