Cambs reviews busway options

Cambridgeshire County Council may appoint new contractors to complete outstanding defects on the heavily delayed St Ives-Cambridge guided busway. Under the terms of the construction contract, if contractor BAM Nuttall doesn’t rectify defects within four weeks of completing the project, the council can appoint a new contractor to do the work and recharge the cost to BAM Nuttall.
